1: What Expenses are paid• The amount of expenses paid and what is paid is on a tour to tour basis. If the Artist Group is funding the tour themselves then the group is responsible for all expenses, but if your tour is sponsored by the venues then your responsiblity for the expenses is reduced and sometimes eliminated

2: Who will meet and greet at air port upon arrival• Depending on where the tour is and how it is set up determines this

3: Who will be my language interpreter• You will be responsible for learning the language, purchasing a language guide, or providing your own interpreter

4: What part of the country/city will I be staying in• You will be staying close to your scheduled venues

5: If more than one, how many hotels will I be staying in and are arrangements made in advance• Our company assists in these arrangements to have your accommodation arrangement made prior to your arrival. The amount of hotels and location vary depending on the duration of the tour and location of the tour.

6: Do I have a personal driver, or is there a gas allowance• Depending on where the tour is and how it is set up determines this. There are also convient forms of public transportation that will be available for the groups use.

7: If any, how many people can I bring as part of crew• Most venues will not pay for a crew. This will be the responsibility of the group to pay for all persons traveling that are not part of the musical group

8: How many hotel rooms will be covered if crew members are allowed• No provisions are made for crew members unless specified and paid for by the traveling act

9: Will there be security, if not is there money set aside to hire upon arrival if needed• The venues will have security

10: Who is responsible for transportation of equipment and or its setup at each event• Most equipment will be provided by the venue. Any additional equipment is the responsibility of the traveling group

11: If equipment or valuables become lost is there some form of insurance set up for reinbursment• We reccomend that if a group is bringing along any equipment that they purchase a form of insurance that will cover these issues. There is not provisions for this and all additional equipment is the responsiblity of the artist group

12: Is there a life insurance plan or accident insurance set up in case of injury or death• If this is a concern you should aquire this yourselves

13: If paid while on tour, will it be in USA dollars or other. • All money will be in the currency of the country you are in

14: If at any point in the tour that I decide that I need to return to the usa, will there be any issues..ie passport, interpreter, transportation• If you end the tour early you will be responsible for any and all fees incurred including but not limited to travel, food, hotel, cancellation fees, etc

15: If a problem arises with hired help, are there options for replacement help• The musical group is responsible for all hired help.

16: Many countries have diseases that do not exist in usa, what shot will be required for tour• THis will be determine in advance and is de pendant on where and when you are going

17: Water and food.. Is it safe...If not• All areas will have clean water and safe food

18: Who will be my direct english speaking contact from outside of tour (country)• Kurt ?

20: When tour is complete will there be data gathered to find out in what areas I was most effective• We will attempt to collect direct feedback from the venues on your performance and relay that back to the group. All other areas should be reflected in sales and fan base increases

21: If i have taken all steps needed to go on tour, how long do I have to change my mind before I am penalized• Each contract is different. Please read all cancellation information prior to signing the contract. If you have any concerns, please address them before the tour is finalized.

22: upon arrival back to usa, will I have transportation to pick up me and my equipment/crew• You will fly back to where you started at. Transportation from that location is the group's responsibility

23: If i decide that I don't agree with one of the venues, what is repercussion for cancellation• If any moneys were advanced then they would have to be returned along with the stated cancellation fee, if any. All fee are laid out specifically per venue in the contracts

24: Can I have promo products pre-sutup at each venue before arrival• If you need assistance from the venue, you will need to notify us of this before the contracts are signed so we can make sure that this is provided for.

25: Is there, can there, or will there be a street team available at my disposal upon arrival• Anything that you need our company will make every effort to accommodate you.
